When you’re disappointed, we carry that with us long after you leave the salon. Trust me.

As hairstylists, we are constantly learning. We invest in continuing education, attend classes, stay up to date with new techniques, and never stop growing in our craft. The beauty industry is always evolving, and so are we. Every head of hair is different, every color history is different, and every client’s hair responds differently. Hair is not one-size-fits-all, which is why every service is customized to the individual sitting in our chair.

Sometimes the healthiest way to achieve your dream hair isn’t in one appointment. Especially when there is previous color history, we may recommend multiple sessions to protect the integrity of your hair rather than risking damage. That recommendation is never because we don’t care—it’s because we care enough to put the health of your hair first.

If you’re ever unhappy with your service, we kindly ask for the opportunity to make it right before turning to social media. We truly care about our clients and our reputation, and a conversation can often resolve what a post never will.
