Employee spotlight! Meet San Marcos native Ava. Her friendly disposition and warm presence are a huge part of what makes Fen & Hallow so special.

My favorite thing about San Marcos is the river and the community. We constantly come together and show up for each other and the environment.

My favorite products are Humble deodorant, Pacha soap, Herb & Earth vanilla incense, and Microjoy adaptogens.

I enjoy yoga, hiking with my dog Posie, gardening, reading, cooking, painting, crime documentaries, and horror movies.

To me Fen & Hallow represents a sacred spot for essential holistic needs and local gifts that San Marcos has been missing. Every day I learn more about health and the similarities between all of us wanting to feel better physically and mentally. Meeting Heather and having the opportunity of working at Fen & Hallow has opened a new positive path for me and further helped me grow my knowledge to confidently help others feel better and live better, myself included.
