​I have temporarily closed my October books while I take care of some important things at home with my family. Because my schedule will be a bit unpredictable over the next few weeks, I am stepping back from taking new bookings for the remainder of the month.
​Here is what you need to know:
​Existing Appointments: If you are already on the schedule, your appointment is not affected—I look forward to seeing you!
​How to Book (Waitlist Only): To keep things streamlined, please add yourself to the online waitlist if you are hoping to get in this month. As pockets of time open up in my schedule, I will reach out directly to the waitlist to accommodate you.
​Communication & Prep: I will not be available by phone unless we have arranged it ahead of time. If you have questions about preparing for your appointment or maintaining your results, please review the Before & After Care guide directly on the website.
​Looking Ahead: I plan to resume my regular availability in November.

A Message to My Valued Clients
​As we head into our busiest season, I wanted to reach out and share some tips to help you navigate the booking process and ensure you get the dates you need. My goal is always to provide you with the best experience possible, but as many of you know, our booking software can sometimes be a bit of a challenge!
​Navigating the Booking Process
​We are an appointment-only salon, and we utilize Square for all scheduling. To make things smoother for everyone, please keep the following in mind:
​Requests vs. Confirmations: When you click "Book Now," you are sending an appointment request. It is not a confirmed appointment until you receive a notification that I have manually accepted it.
​The 48-Hour Window: I strive to respond as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 48 hours for a response. I am often closed on weekends and may not see requests until the start of the work week.
​Plan Ahead for Special Dates: If you have an important event coming up, please try to book well in advance. During the busy season, last-minute requests are very difficult to accommodate.
​Communication Tips
​Because I am often with clients from open until close—sometimes finishing as late as 11:00 PM—it is extremely difficult for me to answer phone calls. To get the fastest results, please use this order of contact:
​Square Booking Site: Your first stop for checking availability.
​Email: Great for non-urgent questions.
​Text Message: Best for quick updates regarding a pending request.
​A Note on Square’s New Features
​You may notice a new AI messaging option within the booking platform. Please be aware that I have not opted into this service, as it requires an additional fee on top of the phone line I already maintain for the business.
​Unfortunately, Square does not currently allow me to turn this feature off. If you send a message through that specific AI tool, I may not be able to see it or respond. Please stick to text or email to ensure I get your message! Please utilize wait list. I'm closed Tuesday and Wednesday for my birthday and 24-26. First two weeks of June are also booked.
