Intentional Self Aesthetics

When was the last time you let someone take care of you? 🌸

Settle in, close your eyes, and let us give your skin some thoughtful attention. Our Premium Facial Collection brings together specially selected skincare, gentle gua sha massage, and those lovely finishing touches that make an appointment feel like a treat.

✨ **Stella by Starlight**
For skin that could use a refresh. Exfoliation, peptide and antioxidant serums, oxygen infusion, and a nourishing mask come together for a facial focused on smoother-looking, radiant skin.

💎 **Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds**
A little comfort for thirsty skin. Enzyme exfoliation, a matcha peptide mask, and layers of hydration make this a beautifully soothing experience.

🌷 **Capucine’s Facial**
Inspired by timeless French beauty. Emface meets a growth factor eye mask, marine collagen peptide serum, and gentle gua sha for an indulgent pairing of technology and skincare.

Which one sounds like your kind of appointment? We’ll help you choose the right fit for your skin.

**Send us a message with “FACIAL” to book. You don’t need a special occasion to make time for yourself.** 💗

Most people struggling with weight aren't lacking motivation. They're following advice that doesn't fit how the body actually works.
At Intentional Self Aesthetics, we believe weight loss should be physician-guided, personalized, and focused on long-term success—not quick fixes.
Which myth have you heard the most?

Wow! Just when we thought our hearts couldn't get any fuller, we received this incredible review from one of our amazing clients! 🌟 Your kind words remind us why we do what we do. It's all about the vibe and the connections we build. Can't wait to keep this magic going! 💖

For a long time, I resisted offering weight loss treatment in my practice. Not because I doubted the medications. What bothered me was the way weight loss care was being marketed.
