One year ago I took a leap and started a new chapter at Phases Beauty, and I truly had no idea how much it would change me. Walking into something new was exciting, but also a little scary and this past year has pushed me, challenged me, and helped me grow in ways I never expected. There were moments I doubted myself and moments I felt overwhelmed, but also so many moments that reminded me I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.
