We understand that plans change and life happens unexpectedly. Our stylists' time is valuable just like yours.
To ensure optimal service and availability to all of our customers we require a 24hr cancelation if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. Cancelations or no shows made after that window of time will incur a fee. This policy will allow us to notify clients on our cancelation list and ensures that our stylists are compensated for their time as all of our stylists' are commission based. The cancelation fees will be as follows.:
$15 for a canceled haircut
$25 for a canceled color service.
