IMPORTANT NEW CASTLE UPDATE 🚨

Due to the flooding at our New Castle location, we have been asked to completely remove all of our equipment from the building while flooring and doors are replaced and drywall repairs are completed.

Unfortunately, this means New Castle will be CLOSED FOR SEVERAL WEEKS while this work is being completed. We know this is an inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through the repairs. ❤️

✨ THE GOOD NEWS: Since all of our equipment has to be moved anyway, we are taking this opportunity to make some equipment upgrades and improvements while everything is being relocated! We’re excited to bring you an even better experience when we reopen.

We sincerely apologize that VIP membership charges were processed on August 15th while we are dealing with this unexpected closure.

WE WILL NOT BE RUNNING VIP CHARGES ON SEPTEMBER 15TH FOR THIS LOCATION. ❤️

Even though there will be NO September VIP charge, your membership will remain ACTIVE and available for you to use as normal!

While New Castle is closed, our members are also welcome to tan at ANY OTHER BRONZE BAY LOCATION. 🌞

We will keep you updated as the repairs and improvements progress and will announce an official reopening date as soon as we have one.

FLOOD UPDATE 💙

We’re working hard to clean up following the flood and are carefully inspecting all equipment to make sure everything is safe and functioning properly.

Unfortunately, several computers were damaged, and we are currently awaiting the arrival of replacements. We’re doing everything we can to get back up and running as quickly as possible!

We’ll share an official reopening date as soon as we have one. 🙏
