I’m still processing this 4 day training…. Hard to put into words to describe the heart felt connections made and the depth of awareness into more of the cranial system! This class was absolutely phenomenal and I am so blessed to have some new techniques to help myself and my clients! I am so grateful for the experience of Dr John Upledger and for those who continue to stay rooted in the essence of his work, through the Upledger Institute. 🙏🏼

The Heron Who Did Not Hurry
The young woman came to the water carrying a decision she believed must be made before sunset.
She walked the shoreline, turning the problem over and over until every possible path seemed wrong.
Then she noticed a great blue heron standing in the shallows.
The bird did not chase the fish beneath the surface. It remained perfectly still while the clouds changed colour and the wind moved through the reeds.
“Why do you wait?” the woman asked.
The heron offered no answer.
Only when the water became calm did it move one swift, certain motion at exactly the right moment.
The woman sat beside the reeds and allowed her thoughts to settle. Beneath the panic and pressure, the choice became clear.
She had mistaken urgency for importance.
That evening, she learned that patience is not the refusal to act. It is the wisdom to remain still until action becomes true.
Not every answer must be forced.
Some rise naturally when the waters within us grow quiet.
