We offer a variety of ways to nourish your mind, body and soul. I am owner and founder of Darmae Essentials, a Reiki Master, Sound Healer, Herbalist, and Breathwork Facilitator. But before all, I’m a Mother. Over 30 years ago, I started making products in order to help address my son’s skin issues. I remembered the lessons from my Jamaican Grandmothers using herbs to heal.That was my first foray into the world of herbalism and holistic healing. From there I embarked on a healthier lifestyle and a deeper exploration of my own healing. During this exploration I sought out different types of healing offerings. I have been fortunate enough to experience profound healing and growth. This led me to train in the areas that most impacted me.
As an energy healer, I use different modalities such as Reiki, Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing and Breathwork in order to support the individual on their path of self-discovery and optimal well-being. Together we will create an environment that empowers you with the tools to strengthen your own innate ability to heal and continue to expand to your highest self. To support you as you unlock true freedom and contribute to lasting happiness on your journey to the best expression of You.
