Saw this message walking down the streets of NYC today . Messages are constantly there for us to see, but we can often miss them unless they are staring us right in the face like this one did for me today .
I guess I the universe really wanted me to pay attention .
It was a huge billboard posted in 4x’s in a row!

It certainly spoke to my heart and the journey I have been on, that many of us have been on since COVID.

Stay curious . Stay courageous . The unknown can be frightening , but then again is there anything we really know for certain ?

Transformation is being present and authentic with something inauthentic in your life. It’s often the thing behind us we don’t often see. Living a life of transformation means going beyond your reasons .

It’s official , I got my wings🙌who would have thought this would be my next incarnation yet here we are💕today I am grateful for life’s uncertainty and « not knowing » it’s shown and taught me that when we pause, slow down , and listen we are always guided to the next step with less struggle.

For those of you wondering if I am still teaching the answer is YES. I will be starting to do some spontaneous « pop up » classes on Zoom & maybe here so stay tuned 🙏
