Can I get a moment here? I’d like everyone to look at this SICK mapping. We trimmed and shaped these babies to perfection.
It all starts here, ladies and gentlemen ✨

When this client walked through my studio doors initially, I wasn’t convinced microblading was the right move. She already had a lot of natural brow hair- it was just very fair.

Instead, I suggested we start simple: shape and tint. I told her, Let’s warm up the color first and see how much of a difference that makes. If I can save you money, I’d like to! She was completely on board.

After living with them for a few days we both agreed—it looked good, but not quite where we wanted to be.
I expressed how I would tweak the shape, fill in sparce areas, and create clean lines.

Thank you for trusting me, kelly!
We nailed it ✨

Phase 1 of this brow correction is complete.

This client came to me looking to refine her brow shape after feeling just a bit unsatisfied with the results from a previous artist.

Our first priority was addressing the pigment. Her brows had unfortunately healed with an ashy tone, so we began by color correcting to neutralize the gray. Once the tone is balanced, we’ll move forward with enhancing the shape and using a target color to warm them up to a deeper/darker brown in the next phase.

🪄 I love corrective work.
Look at these results after just one visit.

This client reached out to me back in March—she already knew what needed to be done: REMOVAL. 🫠🫠🫠

Her old eyebrow tattoo had been sitting in her skin for 8 years and wasn’t fading on its own. It just looked worse with time. Without hesitation, she committed to the removal process—no questions asked, just determination 🙌

✨ I’m so excited to share her progress after just 2 sessions—this is truly a best-case scenario!

Every skin type and pigment responds differently, but when we see results like this, it’s a beautiful reminder of what’s possible with patience and the right process. 💪💫

If you’re on the fence about microblading, you have options!

This client reached out to me about blading and I suggested we start with a tint.

Let’s see what you think about warming your color back up (sometimes that’s truly all you need) and then we can discuss a future plan.

I removed A LOT of hair to give her the best shape for her face.
She is so lucky!

As you can see the right brow has a couple of holes where the hair is sparse but look at the difference!!!

I wish I had taken a true before picture but- I hardly ever remember to 🫠🫠

We are definitely happy and we will see where this first step takes us 💖

“When do I come back for a touch-up?”

This question is always asked but it’s one I can’t ever answer directly because, I don’t know.

Every body is different. Everyone is going to push out pigment at their own rate.
There are so many external and internal factors.

This is how I do it.
When you see your color is fading and you start reaching for that pencil to fill them in, that’s a good indication you are getting ready to make an appointment but DONT DO IT YET.
I tell my clients to call me when they are filling in their brows more than not.
We want that pigment to push out at a good rate before adding more. Annoying, I know, but it is necessary.

If I put you on a schedule and implanted pigment before your skin was ready for it, we would cause over-saturation and this is bad. We dont want this for your skin.

With that said, if you are calling me for a touch-up appointment and it is a true touch-up, you will pay the touch-up fee no matter how long it has been since I saw you last.
Read that again.
I don’t care if it’s been 2 years. If it’s a touch-up because your skin is holding onto that pigment for dear life after 2 years (you lucky lucky clients), you will pay the touch-up fee.

Now, if you’ve waited 2 years and let all of the pigment push out before contacting me, then we are back to full price.

It’s been almost a year and this client reached out.
Her skin was ready so we brought these babies back to life 💖

Where we started:
Poorly shaped, solid black, tatted brows

What we had going for us:
🤗 The tattooed eyebrows were thin enough I was confident I could hide them inside a well mapped out set of new eyebrows
🤗 Her skin is absolutely PERFECT for microblading. An incredible candidate.
🤗 Client was willing to spend 4 months with me to get these eyebrows where they need to be.

What we were up against:
🫣 10 year old Black carbon pigment. Fun fact; it’s not going anywhere. Ever.
🫣 Those tails, man. They were drawn so low on her face. There is no hiding them inside of our new shape. Say hello to tattoo cover up make-up.
🫣 I was honest. This will be slow and steady work and you’re going to have to trust me. All the trust.

Appt 1 - A consultation. We talked about all the things and I agreed to take her on and do my very best to make these eyebrows better.

Appt 2 - We mapped out a good shape to hide the old work and we laid the foundation. It was lackluster but you have to start somewhere.

Appt 3 - We put back any push out that happened during healing. She retained 95 % of the pigment from the first blading session 💃🏻

During our next appt in another month I will get out my tattoo gun and add some depth between my new pigment and her old color. Depth here is important for things to blend seamlessly.
We don’t have it yet but we will.

Appt 5 will be for us to admire our work; We will look back at where we started and how far we’ve come and we will freak out, cry, hug and most likely jump up and down.

I love my job 💖

I think we turned back the clocks about 20 years here 🤩

Her husband bought her a gift card for Mother’s Day in 2023 after chemo left her with next to no real eyebrow hair.
Her family was so excited- her husband and her daughter accompanied her to that first appointment.
There was a lot of laughing and carrying on and then she looked at me and said with all seriousness, “Don’t f🌀ck this up, Shirley.”

In that moment we became best friends 😂

She was not my easiest client; all she had been through and all the meds can really play a part in retention.
I was going to give this pretty lady eyebrows if it took me an entire year. Well, it took me almost an entire year. I kept doing what I knew how to do and she kept coming back.

I love this family.
I love this beautiful woman.
I love that this is my job and it brings the most incredible humans into my life.

TRUST. THE. PROCESS.

Such an easy statement to make but let’s face it, the healing process is no joke.
I promise you, stick with me and you will have the eyebrows you’ve always wanted.

This client did everything right. She followed the after-care instructions to a T and when she came back for her follow up appointment she had very little push out.
LOVE TO SEE IT!!!

No one regrets this.
Call me and let’s get your brows boat ready before summer ☀️
