Swipe for the before! I’m totally obsessed with this blonde to black transformation. Colors like these aren’t easy or cheap. This transformation took me 7.5 hours and definitely got my brain working! Balayage and those lived in colors will always have my heart, but this really did it for me. This is my form of art and I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

When a new client comes in asking for platinum hair, there is a lot to consider. What is her previous hair history? Is her hair compromised? Is her hair healthy? In this clients case, her hair was very dry and damaged due to over processing (not done by me). As a stylist, my main concern is to keep the hairs integrity. I decided our safest option was to do a standard root re touch with mixed w/ 30vol and . We then toned with and express toners! After taking off a few inches and using lots of Olaplex, this beauty’s hair is looking gorgeous and healthy once again! ✨

Take a peak at that before and after! I’m seriously obsessed with doing that lived in color. Do you wonder what lived in color means? It means a longer time between appointments, a nicer grow out, a overall more blended look. As much as I’d like to see you all every 1-2 months, I want you to get the most out of your money and feel beautiful up until your next appointment! Having that lived in color look means you can go 3-6 months between appointments! I’m so appreciative to all of you who let me practice what I love. 🖤

This has to be one of the hardest yet most rewarding colors that I have done. I love when you guys give me a challenge and this was it! 🖤💚 swipe for the before!
