Hi all!

Just wanted to send out my best wishes to all of you.
I've been reflecting on the gratitude I have for the great community of people I have in my life because of my job. It's such a blessing to be able to do this work with each of you.
I am striving to continue to adjust and grow in all the ways that I can to keep up with this work. This year I feel like I'm being shown that balance, flow, and grace are ever important in life. It's a practice everyday to live within these ideas. I hope that you can be encouraged to look for those attributes in your own life.

Hi! facebook loves to remind me how infrequently I post. I honestly have not felt like I have had much to contribute for a while now. Life keeps ticking on though...and I have found something recently that is stirring my brain and have been sharing this info with anybody who will listen. This podcast is called "Do You F*****g Mind". Alexis Fernandez is a neuroscientist who speaks so relatably about so many things like self love, motivation, pursuing something new, and a lot more that I am hoping you'll check out. This podcast has really met me at a time and place where I (super) needed it. I just found these mindset monday exercises tonight too. Take care of yourselves and eachother 💖🌻☘️
