✨ Black Girl Sunscreen Kids SPF 50 – This is what I use on my son. It’s moisturizing, lightweight, water-resistant, and doesn’t leave that chalky white cast.

🧴 Kiehl’s Better Screen Miner-all UV Serum Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50 – This has been my go-to face sunscreen lately! If you have melanin-rich skin, then you already know… finding a mineral sunscreen that doesn’t leave you looking ashy can be a challenge. This one blends beautifully on my skin.

Just a friendly reminder: mineral and chemical sunscreens are both effective when used as directed. The best sunscreen is the one you’ll wear consistently, enjoy using, doesn’t leave you looking like a ghost or cause breakouts.

As an esthetician, daily SPF is one of the best investments you can make for your skin. It helps protect against sunburn, hyperpigmentation, premature aging, and lowers your risk of skin cancer.
