Update: California is gorgeous and the weather is just amazing. Even the 100° days are tolerable. Imagine a life without mosquitos! My skin disagrees heartily and refuses to get past the dry flaky itchy stage of missing humidity despite all the lotions and microdermabrasion sessions. My hair also is in revolt as it continues to rise with static electricity every time I brush it. Otherwise, my Dad is coming along after the successful surgery and will hopefully be walking again soon. I’m working as a tasting room attendant and loving it for the time being. I miss all of you greatly though and miss being in Louisiana. Many days I wish I had never left. But it was the right choice. I continue to value and love each of you. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING over the many years. God Bless you all.
It is with a heavy heart that I post this: Nails by Jada will be closing. April 25th will be my last day being open. The last 9 years with you all have been truly a blessing and one of the reasons I have retained any sanity at all. I am actively taking appointments until that time if you want to stop by! A HUGE thank you to each one of you. A business of any kind is only successful because of lovely people such as you all. I am incredibly grateful and honored to have met your mani/pedi needs these last several years. It has been a privilege to talk with you, share in your lives, share in the photos and the memories of your family’s, and share mine with you. You are more than clients, you are friends. Thank you.

Idk about you but my hands sure got dry after the ❄️ and cold of the past week. If your skin is like velcro, come see me for a microdermabrasion treatment to the backs of your hands! It feels amazing, promotes healing and cell turn over, and takes all those tiny “hooks” off. $20 for a treatment but will add on to any manicure service for $15!

The lobby at Spa la Vie, where I am located, is being updated! Please excuse our mess as we redecorate to make your spa experience more enjoyable. In honor of the new style, our amazing massage therapist got her toes painted to match. It’s always fun to do artwork!
