• For returns on flat irons or blow-dryers, sale is final. Southern Sass Salon’s foundation has been established by its loyal clientele and the referrals that come from our clients continued patronage over the past four years. In appreciation of our valued clients, we offer and exclusive referral program.
• Refer 3 New Clients to the salon and receive a complimentary Haircut Service.
• When booking an appointment, please let your referrals know to mention your name to the Front Desk or to your stylist. Corrective colors will be booked as a two-part service. A (15-30 minute) color consultation followed by your corrective color service. By doing so this allows us to properly diagnose your hair color needs, document your color formulations, treat the integrity of your hair if needed and quote the starting cost of your corrective color service. To secure a corrective color service please note that we will ask for a card number to file at the time of your consultation. Given the extensive work and time allotted for corrective color services cancellations/no show appointments will be charged 50% of the quoted service charge. Cancellations
If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact the salon 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment by calling 337.321.9478. We will happily reschedule your appointment for you.
• If cancellations are less than 24 hours or if a “No Show” occurs, Southern Sass Salon is subject to charge a 50% cancellation fee.
