Festive 5K Run/Walk

I've just completed my training and am now a certified hypnotist. It's very interesting and quite a bit different that I thought going in.

Just a reminder that I'll be teaching the Upledger CranioSacral Therapy Overview class on February 23d in East Haddam. Please pass the word. It will be a small class, and most people find it a rewarding experience (in my opinion).
