A heartfelt update from us ❤️

Due to some changing family circumstances, we have made the very difficult decision to suspend all evening appointments going forward.

This was not a decision we made lightly. We know that evening appointments are important and convenient for many of you, and we truly understand that this change may be disappointing. Please know that we are doing our best to balance our family’s needs while continuing to provide the care and service you have come to expect from us.

All evening appointments that are currently scheduled will still be honored ❤️

For the time being, we will be offering appointments every other Saturday from 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, beginning Saturday, October 24th.

We are actively working toward finding a long-term solution that allows us to better accommodate everyone. Our hope is this will be a temporary adjustment, and that we’ll be able to offer more flexibility again in the future.

We did it! Chemotherapy is officially over and we are currently resting and rebuilding for the next phase!

This has taken much longer than we anticipated and we're still not back to full operations quite yet while we work through summer school schedules and radiation treatment but we are able to extend our evening hours a little more and be open consistent days.

Feel free to book online or reach out to get scheduled. We do have availability before this official schedule start - this will be the foundation of our summer schedule. Saturday mornings will be available later this summer.

School vacation definitely threw a wrench in our availability but we have several afternoon/evening spots still available!

We are so excited to announce our online booking is back open!

We will be in the office between Chemo cycles so there are still black out dates but we will be back frequently to allow for the return of most of our regular daytime clients.

Appointment times are capped at 60 minutes for Electrolysis.

All IPL options are available until June 1st and will resume September 15th with the exception of Brazilian and Underarms.

We are unfortunately not accepting new clients at this time. Please contact us to be added to our wait list. We will begin onboarding new clients after radiation treatments are complete this summer.

We will be extending afternoon hours when we have childcare confirmed for our open dates so please check back for updates!

March 31st is Trans Day of Visibility. 🏳️‍⚧️

We are dedicated to building a world where trans and non-binary people can flourish, grow old, and be their authentic selves without fear.

**All clients with final appointments this week**

If you have had ANY illness in the last 10 days, have been exposed to persons with illness in the last 5 days or are experiencing ANY cold or flu like symptoms (regardless of assumed cause ie: allergies, dry air, etc) you are NOT to come into the office.

Any clients who arrive with symptoms will not be treated.

We understand everyone wants to get their final treatments but any potential illness can delay surgery for 6-8 weeks so we appreciate you understanding the need to remain healthy.

To all of our valued clients -

This is so difficult to post but we need to make you aware that there has been a delay in surgery. Currently it looks delayed until late March. I am not giving up hope that I can get moved sooner - but with that I wanted to let you know I have opened hours on my schedule and will continue to do so as the timeline unfolds and gets a little more clear.

If you are scheduled for an appointment with us next week but would like to push it out to your normal treatment interval please feel free to use the online portal or message me directly for some scheduling options.

For clients who have been scheduled for my pending April return - it is unlikely I will be back before June with this new timeline so I will be reaching out to go over options. For our clients who have made arrangements with other providers I encourage you to keep those services scheduled until my return in the late spring/summer. **New Client intake is still on hold. We can add you to our waitlist and will onboard in the order requests were submitted**

I know you are all rooting for me. This delay is completely unanticipated and has been difficult to process emotionally. Adding the complication of trying to serve my customers as best I can in a very uncertain time for me is something I am truly doing my very best with.

I know this is complicated and I can't apologize enough, and in that same breath I can not thank you all enough for the support and encouragement during this time. This situation feels impossible many days but knowing I have such a loving community behind me and willing to pivot with my unknowns is what keeps me going.

Finally, many of you have asked for ways to help support myself and family during this time. My gym family has organized a meal train that many of you have asked for more information about. Please know I am sharing this for those who have asked and with no expectations - just knowing so many of you are holding space for me in your hearts is more than I could ask for.

Meal Train for Kristen Pelletier-Ruggiero Please join us in helping Kristen and her family while they navigate this difficult season of life. In November Kristen was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma and is looking at extensive treatment and recovery over the next several months.

***FYI - PARKING***

The time has come that the back lot is officially closed. Please remember we have 4 parking spots at the rear entrance and be courteous when parking so we can utilize all four.

The Bar Harbor Bank parking should only be used when the bank is closed.

There is also on street parking on Pleasant St and of course the municple lot located on the corner of South Pleasant and Main St which is unlikely to be needed.

Please remember that I am not the only business at this location and there will be times when the gym is busy and parking will be limited so please plan accordingly

Happy Back to School season to all of our wonderful current and future client!

We just wanted to take a moment to address our September Scheduling.

For those who use our online system you will notice September has very limited availability - and we apologize but we have a lot of moving parts this month that we need to dedicate our attention to.

We will not be providing any consultations this month that have not already been previously scheduled. If you have already had an IPL or Electrolysis consult please feel free to contact us for scheduling!

We will be offering times outside of our normal operating hours for this month so please contact us if you are trying to book but can't seem to find something that works - we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Our new hours will be posted by the end of September and will be in effect for the 2025/26 School Year.

We appreciate you all so very much! None of this is possible without all of you and your understanding of our family needs is so greatly appreciated!
