Knots Bodywork & Designs by Emilie B. LMT

Find time for you this fall. Let’s get you on the table!

Sunday checklist:
✔️ Fresh-picked florals
✔️ A cup of something warm
✔️ A table full of good energy
✔️ A massage to float you into the week

If this is heaven, we’re not complaining.

👀

Something beautiful is blooming soon!

Stay tuned for an announcement about a new partnership where you can purchase our flowers.

Before the bouquets come the garden beds. This week’s garlic harvest is a reminder that growing beautiful things is part of who we are, whether it is blooms or dinner.

💐📢Want to play along? Comment your guess for how many bulbs we harvested. Closest guess wins a small Knots treat.

Red, white, and… sunflower gold. Nothing says summer in Sunapee like the first sunflower bloom and a sky full of fireworks. Happy Fourth of July from the garden! 🌻🇺🇸 🎆

We have launched a new business under Knots. I am so proud to be able to keep doing all the things I love. Massage. Grow flowers. Knit. ❤️
