As someone who has done this work for almost 20 years and who still sees some of the same clients from day one, the relationships we build go so much deeper than most people realise. Most of the pain people carry isn’t just from overused muscles. It’s stored emotion. Tension that has lived in the body for years because it had nowhere else to go. When you ignore that side of bodywork you are missing a whole part of someone’s healing. This work asks everything from us. One more week to go before school starts. This year there will be more day time appointments available. Monday-Friday there are three slots 9:30/10am, 11:30am, and 1pm. Tuesday and Friday evening appointment at 5:30pm. Saturdays 9-2pm. My schedule is put together for September.
