Always running on herbal tea and essential oils
Neck and shoulders is my most common complaint . Takes a lot of detailed work . Targeting Traps , Rhomboids, Erectors.. etc..
Sometimes deep tissue just isn’t enough .. sometimes we need a little extra.. for maximum relief to treat sore and stiff muscles and range of motion ..
