Confidence is LIFE itself. Without it, you’re left feeling insecure, unstable, and reliant on external sources for validation. Sometimes confidence is sadly mistaken for arrogance or narcissism, but a love for and a belief in oneself is required to win the game of life. We are here as powerful creators. In order to create a successful life of joy, one must believe that they can. Confidence isn’t just the outside appearance or the things that a person acquires, confidence is a mindset based on a love and belief in oneself. Appearance and things are often just a reflection of ones confidence. When you wear your outside from the inside out, you have true confidence. When it’s the other way around, there is no real, true confidence in that. You can change your body, your clothes, or buy one more thing, but you can’t fake authentic confidence. Confidence is deeper than that. A life without confidence is a shaky one. One filled with insecurities and feelings of unworthiness. Confidence is our birthright! A belief in yourself is required if you plan to live life to its fullest. Confidence isn’t to be placed into someone or something other than yourself. You can have trust in someone or something outside of you, but nothing beats that trust in yourself. In order to create and manifest your dreams, confidence is very necessary to the equation. If you don’t believe, you can’t create whatever it is you’re wanting to create. Confidence is essential. Different phases in life will cause an expansion of your level of confidence. The more you create a big life for yourself, the more your confidence level has to become. Your confidence will grow as you grow.

Our lives are full of stories. We conjure stories of the past, ones in the present, and ones of the future. Some of these tales we tell serve us, and some of them don’t. The stories that are typically told are usually ones from the past. We tend to play past stories in our minds so much so, that we become it, and believe we are it.
Telling the stories that don’t serve us has NO transformative power. It tends to create patterns and habits of thought that limit our motion forward. I’ve learned that I must begin to tell a different story. Tell the “who I am NOW” story, and the “where I am going” story. You cannot drive a car forward and look in the rear view mirror at the same time. Therefore, allow stories of the past to lay to rest and be only your bouncing off place to who you are NOW. Tell the story of all that is going well in your life. Tell the story of the more good that is to come. There is so much power in the tongue. Begin telling it how you want it to be and allow the unfolding.

Happy Friday Love Bugs, hope everyone has an amazing weekend!

Over the many years of being a hair dresser, it was always more to me than just the art of styling hair. Through hair styling I took people through transformative experiences, both physical and mindful.

Throughout my career, I’ve met many opportunities to style celebrities, work behind the scenes of fashion shows, photo shoots, platform work, etc. While I loved all of these experiences, they didn’t “stick” to me. After I did them, I appreciated them, but they never gave me any long standing satisfaction.

The thing that STUCK the most of my whole career as a hairdresser are the moments where a woman stepped out of my chair feeling better than when she first sat down. The messages I received, thanking me for not only a beautiful hairstyle, but also an experience of upliftment. Even more, the relationships I came to develop with my clients who all became more like my family!

People have been asking me, do I miss doing hair...I can honestly say no, I don’t because I know that I’ve evolved from just doing hair. I always knew that I wouldn’t be behind the chair forever. I have a greater desire to inspire millions of women to operate as their fullest selves and to live the beautiful lives they deserve!

The funny thing about life is you never really know all of the details of how things will play out; and I’ve realized that I don’t have to know because the bigger picture is already made out. The journey is in the discovery of the pieces and putting them together. Creating my TWENTY TWENTY VISION journals has been one of my many “pieces”and it’s been going so well! Seeing things as they are coming together makes me feel so blessed and gives me absolute confidence that I am right on track! I’m so eager to see more of my path unfold! I am in a place of complete trust in life!

Thankful for where I’ve been, thankful for where I am, and thankful for where I’m going!

Happy Father’s Day to one of the best human beings on the planet! You are the most kind-hearted, loving, most generous people I know. I’m very thankful to have you as a Dad. You’re also an awesome grandfather and I feel so blessed that my kids get to experience how great you are! I love ya Dad! Thanks for being you!

You always thank me for our beautiful family, and while I appreciate your appreciation, I must thank you too because I could not have done it without ya! I love figuring this parental thing out with you! It’s not hard for you to be a good dad and husband because you’re an all around great person! Happy Fathers Day to my amazing husband, I love you so much for who you are!
