I recommend every 2-3 months, so the amount that has to be cut is minimal as opposed to every 6 months or a year where’d you most likely have to cut off much more. Your hair will be the first one to tell you when it’s time for a trim. Your ends will most likely be dry and tangle at every chance they get🥴 🌈
