Feeling pretty great about this start to the new Gregorian year.
Between figuring out how to post after not posting and the holiday machine revving up I thought it was time for a little unwind and reset. So tomorrow, Saturday at 9 AM PST or 12 PM EST come and join me with a cup of chamomile tea. I'm gonna walk you thru a plant spirit medicine meditation, and really that's gonna be are you sipping tea me and me playing the sound bowls for 15 minutes to reset you.
