Planning a day trip to Salem? Here’s how to make the most of your spooky adventure:
🧳 Travel Smart: Parking is scarce! Take the 🚆 Commuter Rail or an 🚖 Uber/Lyft in.
📅 Reserve in Advance: Tours, restaurants, & museums book out fast (especially weekends & October).
🗺️ Plan Your Route: Salem is super walkable, but map out what’s nearby so you don’t waste time.
🚻 Bathroom Map: Restrooms can be tricky to find, so know your spots and go when you’re at a restaurant tbh
🥾 Wear Comfy Shoes: Cobblestone streets + lots of walking = goth stompers are the worst unless you want to commit to the bit like I do and probably fall lmao
🍴 Snacks & Water: Keep something on hand; lines can get long.
📸 Early Bird = Best Pics: Get to hotspots before the crowds.
🧛 Stay Spooky: Don’t forget to explore hidden gems beyond the Witch House & main streets.
