Hi there! My name is Devon🩷 It has been years since I’ve introduced myself, so here we go! I’m the owner of Glam and started the business 10 years ago. Before Glam was my full time commitment, I would wake up at 5am for weddings, then straight to my waitressing job until 1AM. I took jobs for free, offered discounts, built my portfolio and work ethic. Those long days shaped the company I’m so proud of today.✨

Fast forward! We now have 32 incredible artists, nearly 400 weddings a year, from Louisiana to Cabo, Italy, Bahamas, Aspen & more. I run the backend (inquiries, contracts, payroll, schedules..the not so glam side🤪) so our artists have a comfortable space and our brides have a seamless experience.

Most of my artists have been with me from the start, supporting me through mistakes and growth. They chose me when I had little to no experience running a business and I will forever be thankful for that. Because of them, we have the most loyal, talented, low-turnover team in Southern Louisiana🙌🏼

Some fun facts about me! I barely passed high school and almost failed cosmetology school. Funny now..definitely wasn’t funny then😂 I did not have a mentor, blueprint, or another strategy to learn from. I have never worked under someone else’s company or learned someone else’s system to replicate. It was all built from scratch through my own trial, error, and determination to just figure it out.



To our team who’s been here since day one, our brides who trust us, and my husband who’s always supported me -I’m beyond thankful. This journey has been incredible & I wouldn’t change a thing. Here’s to where Glam came from, and where we’re going! 🥂✨
