I am proud of the woman I have become. I have helped people who are dying, hurting, sad. i listen to their stories, their pain, their fears their traumas, i give them a safe and peaceful warm cozy place to feel nurtured to rest their souls and melt their aches away. That feeling of making someone’s world a little better is what makes me love what i do each day. 🧡🍂✨

it’s a rainy sunday and i felt like filling the house with coziness today
i baked some italian plums and local w**e sap apples with cinnamon and they were perfect over some steel cut irish oats
i also made some home made granola which has cranberries raisins coconut orange peel honey walnuts pecans and used coconut oil and a touch of butter it was perfect over some plain greek yogurt
