Amanda Jolly, LMT

Hi! I’m Amanda Jolly! I am new to the Red Hook scene, but I’m definitely not new to massage therapy.

I specialize in helping clients with chronic pain, muscle tension, stress, and overall well-being — while also bringing an energetic, intuitive element into my work. 🌿✨

Whether your body is asking for relief, relaxation, or just a little extra care, I’d love to work with you.

💆‍♀️ Chronic pain & tension
🌿 Relaxation & stress relief
✨ Energy & holistic wellness
❤️ Experienced massage therapist

I have a few openings available this week!

If you’ve been thinking about booking a massage, this is your sign.

Send me a message to grab one of this week’s spots!

I’m excited to meet my new Red Hook clients and become part of this community!

A new chapter is unfolding—and I’d love to welcome you into it. 🌿

After many meaningful years in my New Paltz office, I’m excited to share that my massage practice is moving to a beautiful new space in Red Hook:

✨ Avalon Arts & Massage Therapy by Amanda Jolly
✨ 10 East Main Street, Red Hook, NY

This is more than a change of location. It’s the beginning of something special—a space centered around healing, creativity, connection, and community.

To everyone who has ever been on my table: thank you for trusting me with your body, stories, laughter, tears, and time. You’ve meant more to me than you know.

I’m deeply grateful for my years in New Paltz and excited to carry those relationships into this next season.

Whether you’re a longtime client or we haven’t met yet, I’d love to welcome you into the new space.

Ready to book your next massage? Send me a message to schedule your appointment or ask any questions.

Here’s to new beginnings and finding our way toward where we’re meant to be. ❤️

With love and gratitude,
Amanda

A gorgeous day for some outdoor healing sessions 🙏🏼

Welcome, I’m happy you’re here! I’d like to introduce myself to you. My name is Amanda Jolly and I am a licensed Massage Therapist. I am a graduate of the accredited Center for Natural Wellness in Albany NY.
My approach to massage therapy is one with integrity & skill. I believe massage is the pathway to better health and an elevated mood, which I believe to be an essential part of wellbeing in this new world we exist in.
I custom my massage sessions around what you are seeking from the massage, with an overall goal of providing peace and warmth to be felt from within. My style of work ranges from a firm Swedish to a deep tissue massage, Reiki & energy work are also used as needed & never without your permission.
I am available for bookings beginning in May 2021 at The Suncreek Center in Stone Ridge, NY. I’d be honored to be the next person to provide you a massage.
Message me for prices-I hope to see you soon!
