Being on stage that day back in 2020 as an IsaBody Finalist was an undescribable experience. I was in the best shape of my life. But working out twice a day, monitoring everything I put in my mouth and limiting my alcohol intake, I knew was not going to be something I could do indefinitely. I wanted to put my best self on that stage and I DID!!

Now flash forward to now. Bruce and I still drink our 2 nutritional super food shakes, have 2 healthy snacks and a sensible supper Monday thru Friday. I still workout every morning getting my 10,000 steps a day. But on the weekend, we splurge and have extras. Same on vacation. We practice 80% of the time a clean healthy lifestyle and 20% is the extras. We have been doing this lifestyle for over 5 years and love every minute of it. I may be 13 pounds more than back in 2020 but my body has found it's HAPPY PLACE!!
