Hi guys! Starting November 1st, 2025, my massage therapy rates will be adjusting.
I want to add, if you already have a November appointment scheduled, my current rate will be honored. All *NEW* appointments booked for November and beyond will reflect the updated pricing listed. This small adjustment allows me to continue keeping up with increasing business and supply costs.

If you’ve had a recent appointment or already have one scheduled, you’ll receive an email as well. I still have some availability throughout the end of this month if you’d like to get in again before the rate change. Please message me or visit www.cwbodywork.com to see availability. Thank you!

Fire Cupping in Action 🔥
Sharing a moment from a recent client session using one of my absolute favorite tools— he’s been receiving massages for years, but this was his first experience with fire cupping…

Fire cupping uses heat and suction to draw out stagnation, reduce inflammation, and restore natural flow in the body — these marks help both Therapist and client see where alot of their stagnation / restrictions come from. Surprisingly most pain doesn’t come from where we feel it which makes this a great guide for treatment!

Fire cupping is one of the oldest healing practices in the world — with roots tracing back over 2,000 years to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Fast forward to today and cupping has stood the test of time for a reason: it works.
