Spent today at J. Ben Harrill rec center offering free 15-minute facials for their Treat Yourself event celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month. It was such a beautiful reminder that self-care isn’t selfish, it’s essential. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and took a moment for themselves.
