Since I was little, my mom has always asked me, “What’s your 5-year plan?”

She’d talk about hers, too.

I didn’t really understand it then, and honestly, I don’t think I appreciated it the way I do now.

Because there’s something powerful about bringing your dreams into your awareness.

Saying them out loud.
Writing them down.
Talking about them like they’re possible.

Not every goal has to be about achievement.

Some of mine are simply about how I want to live.

Raising good humans.
Creating an emotionally safe home.
A regulated nervous system.
A body that feels nourished and thriving.
Owning land with mountains in the distance.
Growing food and living closer to the earth.
Traveling and playing healing sound at retreats.
Teaching others how to come home to their bodies.
Building a business that supports my life—not consumes it.
More nature. More presence. More spaciousness.
More time actually living.

Maybe my 5-year plan doesn’t look traditional.

But it feels like me.

And maybe this is one of the greatest gifts my mom gave me without me realizing it at the time:

Dream it. Speak it. Write it. Then start becoming the woman who lives it. 🤍

Sometimes your body doesn’t need you to do more.

It needs you to slow down, create space, and let things move. 🤍
