Recently, there has been an increase in last-minute cancellations and no call / no shows. This not only disrupts my schedule, but also shows a lack of respect for my time and the effort I put into accommodating each appointment. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you, and I plan my schedule carefully to ensure every client receives the best experience possible.

When appointments are missed without notice or canceled last minute, it creates a loss of time that cannot be replaced and prevents me from booking other clients who are ready and available. This is not just an inconvenience—it directly affects my ability to operate efficiently and serve all clients fairly.

I take pride in being professional, punctual, and prepared for every appointment, and I expect that same level of respect in return.

Moving forward, all policies will be strictly enforced — including a 100% charge for any late cancellations or missed appointments. A valid card on file is required to secure your booking, and appointments will not be held without it.
