With 5 years of hands-on massage therapy experience layered on top of that athletic background, Keana specializes in deep tissue work and recovery-focused sessions that help athletes (and anyone pushing their body hard) move, train, and feel their best.

Whether you're training for a race, recovering from an intense workout, or just carrying tension from everyday life, Keana knows exactly how to work through it.

I didn’t come to massage the traditional way.

I studied something completely different at a big university and realized soon after graduating that the life I was building didn’t leave room for me.

Massage became the place where I could bring both science and intuition together.

I’m deeply analytical and care about work that is sound and effective. I also believe healing happens when the nervous system feels safe, when someone feels seen, and when touch is intentional.

My sessions blend both. Precise, therapeutic work with a calm, grounding presence that helps people fully let go.
