Tonight at our work holiday party, I looked around the room and felt an overwhelming sense of pride. What we’ve built here goes so far beyond hair.

I have my right-hand, my best friend, my ride-or-die partner in crime. I have a group of women who are wildly talented, deeply genuine, and who laugh hard together. We move through seasons of life side by side—sharing our highs, our lows, the new chapters, and the old stories. We celebrate each other, we hold each other accountable, and we show up when it matters. We always have each other’s backs.

This salon has grown into something we are so incredibly proud of—not just because of the talent within these walls, but because of the small family we’ve created. Proud of our space. Proud of our progress. Proud of how far we’ve come.

And to our clients—you are a part of this family. You show up for us day in and day out, trust us, grow with us, and share pieces of your lives in our chairs. Seeing you out and about, catching up, hugging hello—it’s a reminder that what we do is personal, and it matters. We wouldn’t be what we are without you. Having a community like this makes the long days easier, the hard moments lighter, and the wins that much sweeter.
