✨✨MY HOURS ARE CHANGING✨✨

My hours will be changing due to starting my student teaching this fall. Appointments are available Tuesdays and Wednesday from 5pm-7pm, Saturdays from 8am-12pm OR 8am-4pm (based on each individual Saturday).

Bookings can still be done online or you can message me at 507-217-1197. Thank you for supporting my business and being flexible to help me accomplish my dream of becoming a teacher.

A little reminder about my policies...

I will now be enforcing a "No Show" and Late Cancellation policy. Due to the amount of "No Shows" and day of cancellations this policy is having to be enforced. With my student teaching coming up, my appointment hours are extremely limited and I want to make sure that my time is being used wisely. I also want to make sure that my clients are able to get in as soon as possible. A credit card will also be required to book your appointment. There will be a form that will be sent to you when your appointment has been booked. Please fill out this form immediately, we will not begin your appointment until the form has been completed and signed.

How the policy works:
- Canceling 12-24 hours before your appointment: 50% charge of the service amount
- Canceling less than 12 hours before your appointment OR not showing up for your appointment ("No Show"): 100% charge of the service amount
**if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a "No Show" and will be charged per the policy, unless other arrangements have been made**

With that all being said, I completely understand that life happens, things do come up and sometimes mother nature isn't the nicest. Please message me as soon as you know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you have any questions about my policies or would like more clarification please reach out to me and I can answer any of your questions. I am hoping that I never have to use this policy but it needs to be in place to protect my business. Thank you so much for your understanding and respecting not only my time but the time of my other clients.
