💬 What makes you feel most comfortable in a barber’s chair?

One month in… and I’m proud of myself.

Not because I “arrived.”
Not because everything is perfect.
But because I started and I stayed consistent.

This first month has been about learning my body, breaking old habits, choosing myself on the days it would’ve been easier not to. Some days were hard. Some days I doubted myself. But I kept showing up anyway.

The scale doesn’t tell the whole story discipline does.
Energy feels better. Mindset is shifting. Confidence is growing.






Small progress is still progress… and I’m celebrating THIS win. 🖤
