Here are some tips for helping the skin:
• moisture your skin DAILY!
• exfoliate the skin at least 3-5 times a week during the winter to keep moister in the skin & the skin smooth.
•drinks lots of water take this equation to see how much water you should intake daily
( Your body weight / 2 = take the you get then / by 8 ) this number is the amount water you should be drinking.
