📢 Information to participate in Tu Bazar Latino – 4th Edition

Thank you for your interest in being part of our event! 💛

🛍️ Space (table/vendor):
Each participant will have an assigned space for their table within the event. (You must bring your table and a 10x10 tent if it is outdoors).

💲 Space cost:
The total cost is $150 dollars.

📌 How to reserve your space?
To secure your spot, you must make a $50 dollar deposit.
The remaining balance ($100 dollars) must be paid before the event.

📲 Deposit payment:
The deposit must be sent to the number:
(917) 435-3962 (Grisel)

🚨 Important:
- The $50 deposit is non-refundable.
- Spaces are limited.
- No space is held without a deposit.
- You must send proof of payment after paying.
- The area must be left clean at the end of the event.
- ❌ Sale of alcoholic beverages is not allowed.
- ❌ Use of fire is not allowed.
- ❌ Smoking, ci******es, or va**ng are not allowed inside the event.

🍔 Food vendors:
- It is mandatory to obtain the corresponding permit at City Hall.
- Each vendor is responsible for complying with health and safety requirements.
