This is one of those super oils that have SO many health benefits it’s hard to even remember them all 😅
Air disinfectant, antiviral, antioxidant, bathroom/kitchen cleaning, excellent for gum, grease or sticker removal, energizing when diffused or ingested (I put it in my water) and just an overall enjoyable scent to smell or roll on… how could we turn away from the almighty lemon?

I do Yoga and I do it at home, on YouTube with Adrienne; Yoga with Adrienne 🧘🏻‍♀️ (who else?!)
If you do yoga you know that the breath is so important and anchors us and strengthens us as we stretch our bodies.

Now here me out: this oil blend in my hand is one I use DAILY and opens my airways like no other when my allergies act up. Not to get gross 🤢 so warning ⚠️ but if you have a cold and have a lot of phlegm in your throat or chest, breathing this in from the bottle a few times deeply may help clear that up! It’s cleared me up every time I’ve needed it to! 🙌🏼
This blend is called Raven and it is used as a support for the respiratory system! kind of like an all natural vix? It’s minty and so refreshing. The single oils that work together to support your respiratory system are lemon, eucalyptus radiata, peppermint, and wintergreen 😌

I diffuse this at night when I sleep or during the day when I’m working in my room. I have it in a roller (see in my hand it’s labeled “Breath”) and it’s got 10 drops of Raven and the rest filled with V-6 vegetable oil👌🏼✨ I roll it on my forehead, nose, temples, and chest. And if you saw my story yesterday, you can use a few drops of this around the tub and it will diffuse through the bathroom while you shower; another great way to promote healthy a respiratory system!

As Adrienne would say, “Remember your breath”...and take care of the organs that sustain it!
