Ancient Blends Respiratory Ease drops product is a very potent combination of high-quality, food grade, organic eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils. A balanced of nature's perfection remedy. Eucalyptus oil has long been knowned for its ability to alleviate congestion and help break up phlegm.

TILT YOUR HEAD BACK, OPEN YOUR MOUTH WIDE, LIFT YOUR TONGUE TOWARD THE BACK OF YOUR THROAT AREA AND CAREFULLY APPLY 3 DROPS.

Place three drops of Respiratory Ease under your tongue. Swallow and breathe deeply and intentionally. Inhale through your nose, expanding your diaphragm. Hold for a moment, then release deeply and fully, through your mouth.

Exhale slowly through your mouth, allowing your abdomen to deflate.

Repeat this process 7× times.

DO NOT DRINK ANY LIQUIDS FOR 20 MINUTES.
