To everyone out here if you have diabetes let me make a suggestion. I am not a doctor but adding like maybe a teaspoon of cinnamon to your coffee or hot chocolate can help bring down your blood sugar. As always check with your doctor and also know if you have any food allergy.

Hello to my Facebook family. I know I have not been seen lately but you know life is living. I want to speak to my men and women. As we come into fall please be sure to schedule your appointments with your primary doctors and get referrals to any specialists you need as doctors sometimes take vacation during holiday time which can be 30 days to 2 or 3 months.

Good morning Facebook. I want to say that it is so important to have self love that way you are able to love others. I also want to add do not try to be anyone but yourself because at the end of the day it will come back to bite you so to speak. For me personally if someone has something I admire like a pair of shoes or outfit or so I might be bold enough to ask how much it cost and then work to get enough money to buy it for myself.
