OMG!!! WHO SAID BATH SALTS DO NOT WORK, LIESSSS! BABYYYYY, OKAY! Quick story. So I have a job that requires me to sit for long periods while staring at a computer throughout the day, which tore my back up. However, I have a manual adjustable stand-up desk on top of my main desk, with the monitor on top which causes me to look up daily. Recently I’ve been experiencing very painful back, side and neck pain to the point that I could not move my neck. I visited the doc, who recommended PT and the gym. I passed because I am not motivated to do any physical exercise at this time, and I am not committing to go to the gym in a pandemic. So, I decided to do some bathtub therapies using my products, a combination of my stress be gone bath soak and the peppermint bath bombs. I would soak in the tub in very, VERY warm water for about 10-15mins or until the water cools down, get out then rub with my massage candle. I did this for about 7 days and the pain is completely gone from my back and side. I do have a little pain in my neck but not to the extent that it was before my bath therapies…. You should try this.
