Michelle and I have been on a hair journey together for the past year. When I met her, she was ready for a change. She came in with some over processed chunky highlights and told me she wanted to achieve more of a lived in color and her main goal was to be VERY BLONDE. We had a long consultation where we discussed that this was going to be a process and my main concern was the integrity of her hair.
