April recap. My wellness era is officially in full effect 💛✨
If you’re wondering how to make new friends in your 30s, especially in a city like New York, hear me out. I’m a born and raised NYC girl and even so, making new friends as an adult is HARD. So this April I started showing up to events with , a NYC women’s community where the events are built around shared interests, providing a way to meet new girl friends.
I’m still new to the group, but every meetup I leave feeling SO good. You actually meet girls who get you because everyone’s there for something they already love.

Wetting your curls first with a mist bottle before you apply anything gives your hair the moisture it needs to actually clump and define properly.
Your products can only do so much on dry hair so give them something to work with. 💦
