caramelized onion jam + honey + rosemary is officially the most goated focaccia combo

1. Combine 2 tsp sugar/ maple syrup, 1 3/4 cup water, and 1 packet of yeast and let the yeast foam up for 5 min
2. Add 4 cups of flour, 6 tbsp olive oil, and 2 tsp salt and knead together for 5 min
3. Let the dough rise in a covered bowl (coated in some olive oil) for 1-1.5 hours
4. Oil a baking dish and transfer the dough into the dish, then let it rise another 45 min
5. Drizzle 2 more tbsp of olive oil onto the dough + oil your hands and dimple the dough
6. Add your toppings (caramelized onion jam from + honey + rosemary were SOO delish, but I also did a spring garlic version that was yummy but it kinda burned on top LOL) and add another drizzle of olive oil + flakey salt!
7. Bake at 425° for 25-30 min!
