As we continue to celebrate - , I wanted to take a moment to reflect on how self-care has impacted my own . As the founder of Gleem Beauty, I've had the privilege of helping countless individuals achieve their skin , but it wasn't always easy for me.
My Personal Skin Journey
During and after my breast cancer treatment I struggled with , and skin; it really took a toll on my - . I tried countless products and treatments, but nothing seemed to work. It wasn't until I started using gel, and prioritizing self-care that I began to see real changes in my skin.
I decided that my work, as president of Wilhelmina Models will always be there. So whether I was meditating, practicing yoga, or simply taking a , for me, self-care meant taking time for myself each day. I also made a conscious effort to eat a balanced diet, stay hydrated, and get more sleep.
