POV: You’re running one of the biggest sets in Manhattan.
This is what it looks like inside a Red Summit footprint. 9,600 sq. ft. across four floors of prime UES real estate, packed with over 50 crew and clients, and exactly one day to get the entire beast loaded in and built.
Ryan and I captured the madness through our META glasses so you could see the exact moment chaos turns into a seamless ex*****on.
We are so proud of the Red Summit Team for the TEAM WORK!

Got a massive creative vision and need some assistance on how to pull it off? Bring it to us. We’re the absolute experts at putting the puzzle pieces together, even when the puzzle is four stories tall and missing half the instructions. Let's build something crazy!
Red Summit Productions loves Cache_Seven and is so proud of their growth and success!
What we know from working with so many outdoor guides is that your gear isn’t just equipment...it’s your lifeline and your office.
That’s why certified rock, alpine, and backcountry ski guide Clifford Agocs trusts EDELRID every time he hits the mountain. Whether it's a bi-pattern rope that streamlines multi-pitch climbing or a harness so light you forget it's there, having the right gear makes all the difference.
And getting your hands on that exact gear just got a lot easier.
Enter Cache_Seven
Cache_Seven is becoming the go-to hub for outdoor guides and enthusiasts to source top-tier equipment. To make things even better, they’ve just launched a brand-new website equipped with an AI-powered search tool. Instead of endlessly scrolling through pages of technical specs, you can now use AI to quickly find the exact gear match for your next objective.
Want to see what the pros use? Head over to the new Cache Seven platform to check out Cliff’s full gear list and start planning your next climb with Timberline Mountain Guides!

Earlier this week, I wrote a post about the competitive FOMO I get when I see a production happening in NYC while I'm passing through for a client coffee or heading to one of our own locations. This past Sunday and Monday, we might have been the ones giving other production companies that same feeling.
I'm incredibly proud that we hired talented creatives from every corner of the production world to make this happen. I'm equally proud knowing that today the client is happy, the SSP is cooking up proxies, and Adobe is mastering the edits.
So here's our recap—and a sincere thank you to everyone who helped bring it to life.
5 floors. 50+ crew members. 1 historic Upper East Side townhouse (with a very old elevator).
To close out June, we took over a massive five-story Manhattan townhouse for an incredible production. And if you've ever shot in NYC, you know exactly what that means.
Sunday: Load-in day. Furniture moved, custom sets built across three floors, and gear hauled up more flights of stairs than we'd like to count.
Monday: A full-throttle 12-hour shoot day. Permitted trucks, A+ talent on set, and a 50+ person crew moving in perfect sync.
We had Video Village on floor three, client-favorite NYC bagels and coffee on floor four, and cameras rolling throughout the rest of the house. Every department was locked in.
By the end of the night, we wrapped, packed up, and put the home back exactly the way we found it. Like we were never there.
We treat every rented location like it's our own.
Here's the real takeaway: One of the best agencies in the business trusted us with this massive production because they knew we don't just create beautiful visuals - we manage the complex logistics, moving parts, and tight timelines that come with high-stakes productions so they don't have to.
If you have a complex creative vision and need a production partner who can execute the logistics just as seamlessly as the creative, we'd love to help.
Send us a DM or shoot me an email. Let's bring your next big project to life.

Just over a year ago we had the pleasure of joining Cache_Seven and Eric Larsen for a few days of gravel riding in Gunnison County.
For those who don't know Eric, he's skied to both poles, summited Mount Everest, completed the Explorers Grand Slam, and survived conditions most people can't even imagine. Having him lead a gravel trip means you're going to be prepared. Detailed gear list ahead of time, home-cooked meals by the fire, a sauna to close out the day. He doesn't do anything halfway.
Brent rode alongside some speedy journalists, clipped in for the first time, and didn't flinch. That tracks, he is fearless and is always doing the coolest adventures.
Cali and Beau Larson documented dozens of miles of trails and the gear that makes it all possible. Thanks to Otso Bikes for the incredible rides, and to Cache_Seven for bringing us along.
As we close out the last full week of June, we have a lot to be thankful for.
Coming to you from the 30th floor of our office building here in New York City. What a week it has been.
The RSP team was coast to coast this week. We continued our media training work in California with one of our agency clients and kept the momentum going on our podcast series with our hospital network right here in New York City.
Looking forward, this weekend is the one we have been building toward.
This Saturday, we have the first of four shoots happening in NYC for one of our large hospital network clients. Sunday is a full load-in day in a stunning townhouse on the Upper East Side. Did you know that we pull permits in NYC? Need a G&E truck parked on the street? We have you covered. Monday is the production day that has involved months of preparation for over 30 crew members, promising a fully loaded shoot day from start to finish. From storyboards and pre-production to an incredible DP and director, we are more than excited.
As summer picks up, we are already deep in it and loving every minute. To our freelancers, our crew, and our clients, none of this happens without you. Thank you for making it all possible.
If you have a project coming up this summer, we would love to hear from you.

What I love about production over the past 15 years is the community of like-minded creatives we get to work with and enjoy our days on set together. It really is one of the perks of the job, and it's even better when the client feels like a part of the crew. A colleague of mine many years ago said you want the set to feel like a family.
I’ve had the privilege of working with Brooke since 2018, and if you’ve ever been on a set or in a production meeting with her, you already know she’s first class from A to Z.
As an Executive Producer, Brooke consistently sets the standard for what a great partner looks like. What truly sets her apart is her end-to-end mastery of the craft. Brooke understands every single facet of production because she’s walked a mile in every single one of those shoes herself. Most of us started our careers as a Production Assistant, and we have that common bond. Sharing old stories of climbing the ranks is a rite of passage, and we often share production stories on set together. Our first daytime segment, our first celebrity shoot, our first multi-day travel shoot, etc.
Brooke is the definition of organized, patient, and deeply resourceful. It’s no surprise she is so highly respected across both the agency and production spaces, amongst clients and freelancers.
When you look at her pedigree: Emmy, Shorty, and Brand Entertainment Award-winning Creative Director, Writer, and EP, with 17 years in network TV and 8 years in the agency world, it's easy to see why she’s a rockstar. But beyond the accolades, she's just an incredible collaborator and human.
If you ever get the chance to work with Nashville’s favorite nomad, jump at it!
Big thank you to continued partnership with Cache_Seven! We love being their production partner and putting the pieces together for this company and seeing videos like this come to life.
Cache_Seven isn't just connecting you with the best guides and gear — when you shop through their platform, the guides earn a commission on every purchase. That means every piece of gear you buy is giving back to the people who make these adventures possible.
Guides Gage and Ryan, went out to Buck Mountain, WY, with DP Drew Herder and Cache_Seven ambassador Brent! This adventure is exactly the kind of trip Cache_Seven was built for. Head to Cache_Seven to find the full gear list and book your next adventure!

What a week at Red Summit!
We kicked things off with a fantastic photo and video production here in NYC at Home Studios, working alongside a reality TV star and her very photogenic cat. Shoutout to our stellar 15-person crew for making it a seamless day.
That same day, Cali was out in Chicago managing a factory shoot for one of our agency clients, and we successfully wrapped a webinar project with Tony Cheevers and his team. To close out the week, we’re partnering with an incredible nonprofit focused on healthy eating initiatives for kids in inner-city public schools.
Next week keeps the momentum going strong. We have a podcast with a major hospital network in Harlem, media training in California, and pre-production wrap on an upcoming pharmaceutical shoot featuring a phenomenal actress and director
Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. To our producers, editors, project managers, and freelancers—you make this magic happen every single week. And to our clients, thank you for trusting us with your vision.
(And a huge congratulations to the New York Knicks! What a time to be in the city.)
If you’re looking for a production partner to bring your next project to life, let’s connect.
Working alongside Cache_Seven and the crew at Timberline Mountain Guides at Smith Rock was a day we won't forget. Guides like Cliff don't just teach you how to climb, they teach you how to move through these places with respect, with intention, and with a real appreciation for being outdoors and in nature.
That's what Cache_Seven is all about. Connecting people with guides who genuinely care about the outdoors and the communities built around it.
Find your guide and gear up at Cache_Seven.
Wrapping up a big week from the 30th floor. Here is your weekly RSP recap.
This past weekend we had two shoots in New York City for Us Weekly. One of them was with one of Mike's favorite retired baseball players near Central Park and the other was covering the Tony Awards. Two very different productions and both were a lot of fun.
The rest of the week was deep in research, deck building, and pitching. Scouting homes in Westchester, townhouses in the city, factory locations, permit requirements, wardrobe, glam. All the puzzle pieces that go into making something great before a single camera rolls.
Looking ahead Cali heads to Chicago for one of our agency partners and we are in New York City at one of our favorite studios, Home Studios, continuing our webinar work with Tony Cheevers. Also finishing up editing on our World Cup blue screen project. A lot in motion and we are excited about all of it.
Thank you to our team, our freelancers, and our clients. Reach out if you have a project coming up. We would love to hear from you.
