Appointments are to be booked through Booksy our booking app will ask you for your credit card information to secure your booking and will only charge you if there is a no-show or last-minute cancellation card on Booksy file will not charge you for the service. You pay for the service at checkout in the salon, with a preference of how you preferred to pay as for for clients who don’t understand our booking system you are required to book through the phone (718)524-6610 giving us your first and last name along with your phone number and a deposit deposit has to be left with Zelle, Venmo or Apple Cash. You must leave a deposit in order to make an appointment your deposit will go towards your booking. But if you cancel last minute and a 24 hour notice is not given or you don’t show up to your appointment it is a non-refundable deposit but if you contact us 24 hours in advance, the deposit is refundable all deposits are required to be 30% of your service whether you book online or on the phone 30% of the service will be charged if you DO NOT show up. Attention all Bridal and bridal party bookings deposits are required ONLY BOOK ONLINE IF ITS IN SALON SERVICE FOR HAIR AND MAKE OTHERWISE FOR TRAVLE SERVICES BOOK DIRECTLY WITH MINNIE ONLY and leave a deposit. If there is no deposit, there is no appointment there must be a deposit left for all services UNDERSTAND NO DEPOSIT NO APPOINTMENT PLEASE RESPECT OUR TIME AND OUR STAFF.
