Hey y'all! It's been quite some time since I posted on my feed and it's time to get back on the wagon! Going through my gallery I saw some great photos to post and figured this photo would be the most fitting. Going back to the basics, a one length straight cut, the basic foundation for any haircut. You gotta start somewhere, just like the basic outline in the photo I chose to start my Instagram "comeback" right here right now. Doesn't matter if the photo is perfect or not, it's time to start posting and with time and practice god willing the photos as well as the captions will get better!

It's funny, when I first started in the hair industry updos were my nemesis they just didn't click with me! But that has most definitely changed, the more I did then the more I realized that even if it's not a permanent change like a haircut (which isn't actually permanent as they do grow out!) I can still help someone love the way they look and feel special which is why I do what I do.

The big chop will always have a special place in my heart! The excitement, mixed with a little anxiety that the client feels transfers to me and it makes my entire day exciting. Yes, most clients want a simple long layered haircut and don't get me wrong I love those too, but when a client comes along and changes their look sometimes even donating their hair to those in need it's just so special! The fact that they would trust me to be the one to do it, it'll forever brighten my day!

This wig was in much need for a cut, swipe for the before! I may have cut my finger while using my new razor but I think it was well worth it! .
